Storm water is part of Plumbing Engineering Services. We, BIM Adaptics prepare tender drawings till as built drawings with the help of AutoCAD or Revit according to clients’ requirements.

Storm water systems in the buildings must also be designed to save rainwater flowing out by providing rainwater harvesting systems at the ground level or basements. By providing Oil traps and sand filters from car park area, so we can store safely in the harvesting tanks.

We either work on AutoCAD or Revit, usually called BIM Services. BIM service will detect clashes between plumbing and installations with other services and can be notified of the design team to fix the clashes. This helps a lot by avoiding change orders during construction, allowing the installations to be completed as scheduled, and without exceeding their budget.

We follow codes as per ICC, IPS or NYC for approving permit drawings for low rise and high rise buildings.

We also concentrate on preparing sleeve shop drawings by mentioning each dimension from the grid or axis line.
