Storm water is an integral part of Plumbing Engineering Services. At BIM Adaptics, we prepare tender drawings that extend to as-built drawings, using either AutoCAD or Revit based on client requirements. In building storm water systems, we prioritize rainwater conservation by incorporating rainwater harvesting systems at ground level or in basements. Additionally, we install oil traps and sand filters in car park areas to safely store collected rainwater.

Our work primarily involves AutoCAD and Revit, commonly referred to as BIM (Building Information Modeling) services. BIM services allows us to detect clashes between plumbing installations and other services, enabling timely resolution by the design team. This proactive approach minimizes change orders during construction, ensuring installations stay on schedule and within budget. For permit drawings, we adhere to codes such as ICC, IPS, or NYC, considering both low-rise and high-rise buildings.
